Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009
The Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 (ATAGAA), was enacted to ensure that tribunals are accountable, efficient and transparent in their operations as well as remain independent in the decision-making process.

French Language Services
Effective August 1, 2018 the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario (SLASTO) will be implementing a French Language Services Policy (FLS Policy).
Until that time, all services will still be provided in compliance with the French Language Services Act, with some changes taking place to enhance service levels.
